In past years, Waterloo Days has been run on a shoe string budget of $2,000. Adâ€" ditional money this year will finance new events for the twoâ€"day festival June 11â€"13, help sports organizations pay their costs and improve the quality and size of the drum and bugle corps competition. In addition to being bigger and better, Waterloo Days will have a different focus.
