Tuesday, November 24, 199 Word has been received by the Chronicle of the death in Reed City, Mich., on Nov. 17, of Barnabas G. Shoemaker, a native of Bridgeport, in his 91st year. ‘The late (Mr. Shoemaker was the son of David Schantz Shoemaker and Mangaret Wykoif Kpickerbocker, who settled ip Waterloo County in the 1836. He was born June 29, 1846, and was raised and schooled in the Bridgeport district. He later served with his father in the County Regisâ€" trar‘s office, finally entering the teachâ€" ing profession in the county. He was in his $2nd year and had made his home with bis daughter since the death of his wife nine years ago. He was a mentber of the Cressâ€" man Mennonite Church at Baden. ‘The funeral will be held on Tuesâ€" day afternoon at 1.30 p.m. from the residence of his daughter at Baden to the Cressman Mennonite Church Mrs. WilheImina Tiump ‘There passed away at her late reâ€" sidence, Joseph St., Kitchener, on Sunday, Wilbelmina Tiump, beloved wife of August Trump, in her 70th year. She moved to Kitchener three years ago and attended the Mennonite (Brethâ€" ren Church, Church street. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. David Koop in Brazil, S.A., Miss Annie, Mrs. Bernhardt ‘Warkentin and Miss (Agatha, all of Kitchener, five grandchildren and one brother, Gerhard Rempel, Vineland. Surviving are his parents, two sisâ€" ters, Annie and Catherine, and seven brothers, Jacob, Emmanuel, Enos, Urias, Elam, Rewben and Abraham, ail at home. Mrs. Catherine Zabloski, wife of Martin Zabloski, Cherry street, Kitâ€" chener, passed away Thursday at St. Mary‘s Hospital where she underâ€" went an operation. The deceased who had lived in ‘Kitchener for the past 32 years, was in her 56th year. She was a member of the Christian Mothers‘ Society of Sacred MHeart Church. The funeral was held from Lippertâ€" Hunter Funeral ‘Home on Saturday. Survivingâ€" are her husband, four sons, Joseph,. She was the sister of the St. Jacobs postmaster, Mr. Wirkâ€" ler. The funeral arrangements had not been made at press time. He was born in Poland, and his wife, a son and a daughter still live in that country. Daniel Hauser of Bridgeport passed away at the K.â€"W. Hospital Friday in his 67th year following a lengthy illness. The building which is to cost $200,000 will house the Post Office, Customs and Exice and other governâ€" ment offices. ‘The site which was chosen ‘by the Federal Works Deâ€" partment at Ottawa includes land owned by Dr. Arnott, P.
