Shantr, with a spiendid attendance. ‘The meeting opened with the opening ode followed by the repeating of the Lord‘s prayer in unison. After the singing of the Institute Anthem the roll call was well responded to by each member giving their one superstition. It was decided to have the relief committee form groups for reliet work again this year. Ruth Schiedel gave a reading, ""The Darning Basket", after which Mrs. A. E. Kerr convenor of the historical committee, took charge of the meeting. Mrs. Roy Roth gave a paper on "Ploneers of the Huron Road". Miss Dorothy Walker gave a few facts about mills on the streams in the community. Mrs. Roâ€" bert Bean gave "the Life of John Bean and his Descendents", after which Mrs. R. C.
