On Saturday muchexcitement was caused by a swarm of bees when they found their way through a crack in the brick wall under the ceiling to a room upstairs in the bome of Mr. and Mre. Carl Schneiâ€" der. The window was opened wide and a box placed there for them to go in but at time of writing the bees ire still buzzing and flying around the room and outside the window. Personals. The Misses Elizabeth, Edith and Maula Wagner and Mr. Charles The garden party on Wednesday evening of the Lutheran church was a decided success. The weather alâ€" though threatening to mar the occaâ€" slon early in the afternoon turned cut fine and was all that could be wished for. It was estimated that 1000 people were in attendance and the proceeds of the evening amountâ€" ed to $500. The Salvation Army band of Kitchener provided the muâ€" sic and the St. James Maenner choir of Elmira amused everyone with‘ their humorous _ vocal numbers.‘ Those who gave short addresses were: Hon.
