On the new . basis the townships will be assessed 4% mills and the towns and villages 1% â€" mills for county road purâ€" poses. Should any of the mGnicipaliâ€" ties expend more than their allotted sum in any years on county roads, they will not be allowed to secure more than the amount fixed by the Council. By the new agreement the towns and villages are to have two members on the roads and bridges ccmmittee.
