VISSER, John - To our deep sorrow, sadly taken out of our midst, our beloved and caring father, Opa, great-grandpa, brother, brother-in-law and uncle in his 88th year on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Florina Visser (Verwoert). Dear father of Janet Kotlar and her late husband Barry, of Woodstock; Tony and his wife Nancy, of LaSalette; Jack and his wife Jackie, of Woodstock; Marg McNaughton and her husband John, of Woodstock; Audrey Swain and her husband Dan, of Simcoe; John Jr. and his wife Kim, of Norwich and Cherry McMullin and her husband Dave, of Ottawa. Dearly missed by his 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Jaap and his wife Wil, Ab and his wife Dick and sisters Addy and her husband Arie, Connie, Greet and Ali. Predeceased by his brothers Addie and brothers-in-law Jan and Adriaan. Family and friends will be received at the ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME , 45 Main Street West, Norwich, ON 519-863-3020, on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held.
