Apr. 31st at 3 o‘clock,‘ ‘ to the Hawkesville Union Cemetery for interment. ‘‘The late Mr. Peter Huelner was born on August 17th, 1833, in Obersensbach, Reerielden, Grand _ Duchy _ Hessen Darmstadt, ‘Germany. In 1847 he started to serve his apprentice®Mp as tailor and worked at this trade _ in several cities in the Old Country. He emigrated _ to Canada in _ the month of March, 1852, and arrived in Berlin, Ontario, in the beginning of May, working at bis trade in Preston and Blair prior to starting a shop of his own at Hawkesville in October, 1854. He was twice ° marâ€" wied. The first marriage took place in April, 1856, to Magdalena _ Seip, the union being blessed _ with â€" four children, George and _ Louise, at home, Louis, Rochester, N. Y., _ and William, who died in the Northwest seventeen years ago. His wife died in September, 1865.
