Not satisfied with getting away so easily, he again made | his bed in a barn, this time going about a mile north of Berln, sleeping . in the barn on ths Breithaupt farm n:ar the Grand River. He was atrâ€" rested by Constable Gastmeyer. Judging by the reports coming in te the County Constable there is â€" a band of tramps lurking west of Betrâ€" lin, sleeping in the barns by night. The night before last two of them _ slept in _ the barn of Mr. John Kunkel, and escapâ€" ed the vigilance of the police who wetre looking for them. Mr. Kunkel‘s dog attacked the men while they were in the barn, and one of the men drew _ a revolver on the dog. Hood however, claims to know nothâ€" ing of the other men in the neighâ€" borhood.
