The Magistrate in allowing them to go upon suspended sentence said this should serve as a warning and reâ€" strain them from committing â€" any more depredations of this nature. Each lad was fned $1.50, or $15 in all, to pay for the ice cream, and costs of court. Judging from the evidence of the youths the ice cream taken would make up a very small part of the six gallons stolen, which showed that these were not the only ones conâ€" cerned in the affair. The following lads were served with summonses: _ Albert Pagel, Armond Treusch, Ivan Haus, Philip Heinrich, Chas. Westfall, Jos. Weinstein, Harâ€" old Alteman, John Deckert, Gustave Roeckel, Richard Gatschene, Clayton Plantz, Arthur Ruos. The last named youth was mot preâ€" sent.
