This town was a manufacturing town without uvatâ€" ural power, and if there is any pros pect ol securing cheap power by deâ€" veloping the Niagara Falls scheme be could assure the delegates that â€" Berâ€" lin would enter into the scheme teadâ€" ily. He thought that the Government should develop ‘the power, and _ sugâ€" gested that the municipalities _ take ‘:mediate action to urge the _ Govâ€" ernment to take steps along this line. Mayot Urquhart of Toronto, â€"sird he was pleasql with the report _ as presented at the mortning session, but he intended moving an addition _ to it respectfully urging the Governinent themsclves to transmit the nower after it is developed to the different municipalities.
