It stated that the authorities uf the town had removed the covyering of rock elin from the brldge end put on a new coyering of the same material three inches thick. They thought that the old covering was worth at least $30 and that the county was entitled to 50 per cent of that amount. The report was adopted as read. A motion was introduced to grant ten dollars to the chairman of each comâ€" mittee. _ This caused some discussion in which Mr John W Frost and Mr Willisâ€" croft took important parts, The motion finally carried by a vote of 15 to 1.
