Wickham, Albert Maxwell (Died)

Albert Maxwell (Max) Wickham, a native of St. Catharines, died last Thursday night at Brown's Nursing Home in Beamsville following an illness of only 3 weeks.
The late Mr. Wickham, who was born in St. Catharines in 1893, had lived in Winona since 1939, but was well known in this area.
In World War I, he served as Brigade Sergeant-Major in the 10th Field Battery, Royal Canadian Artillery.
To mourn his passing he leaves his wife, Margaret Young Wickham, and two daughters, Misses Islay and Betty Wickham, all of Winona; and two brothers, Herbert of St. Catharines and Harry in Morrisville, Pa.
The late Mr. Wickham rested at Stonehouse Funeral Home, Grimsby, where private service was held Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Interment was made in Fifty Cemetery, Winona.
