Must be capable of processing site drainage plans that are submitted with applications. Carries out field inspections on drainage comp­ laints and prepares reports with respect to these inspections. Must be capable of giving practical advice to complaintants regarding procedure and/or remedy to drainage problems. Shall advise developers and their staff regard­ ing grading problems within plans of subdivision. Must be capable of working with minimum sup­ ervision. STRUCTURE INSPECTOR: -- Performs administrative and field duties related to issue of building permits and inspec­ tion of buildings under construction. Enforces building bylaws, the building code and other related bylaws. The duties are performed under general supervision.
