Quebec. Mrs. Luva Rogers, 68, of Third Line, and Erin Elizabeth Henney, of Agnes St., Mississauga, w e r e b u r i e d in Springcreek Cemetery, Clarkson, fol lowing services at St. Paul's United Church. Injured in the accident were E rin 's mother, Cathy Henney, 20, and h e r t h r e e - y e a r - o l d brother, Christopher. Mrs. Henney is listed in satisfactory condition. Her son, suffering from a six-inch gash on the head, is in poor condition, and doctors do not expect him to fully recover. According to report from Quebec Provincial Police, the family were on their way to visit relatives in Sherbrooke when the acc i den t occurred. Mrs. Rogers, driver of the car, pulled to a full stop at an intersection, said police, and then pulled into the path of the lumber transport. The impact split the side of the vehicle throwing the victims over 100 feet. They were pronounced dead at the scene. The car then broke free and the truck overturned, spilling its load across the highway. A second transport swerved into a fiela on the left side of the road to avoid colliding with the lumber. The driver of the truck involved in the crash has been hospitalized with possible serious back injuries. Woman faces drug charges TORONTO -- A Nova Scotia woman, formerly of Oakville, is standing trial here this week on three counts involving the possession and sale of marijuana. Mary DesLaurier, 24, formerly of Queen Mary Dr., Oakville, is charged w i t h t r a f f i c k i n g , possession of the drug for the purpose of trafficking and simple possession. She and two friends were arrested in March of 1973 when police seized 24 pounds- of marijuana from a car stopped in a Bloor St. grocery store parking lot. Further investigation in Oakville by Halton Regional Police Officers Ean Alger and Roy Murden revealed over $6,000 in cash, plastic bags and a set of scales in a town apartment. Warrants for the arrest of Miss DesLaurier's co­ accused, Jeffrey Pinney, 24, formerly of Oakville, and a Toronto woman, were issued when they failed to appear for trial.
