The Study is located in the Town of Oakville and the Regional Municipality of Halton. A Public Information Centre will be held to explain the purpose of the Study, show the alternatives to the undertaking that were considered, to review the study findings to date and to provide the public with an oppor­ tunity to comment on the study. The Public Information Centre will be held on: Tuesday, June 29,1999 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. South Auditorium, Regional Municipality of Halton Offices 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville This will be an informal drop-in session where Ministry staff and their consultants will be available to discuss the study, answer your questions and receive your comments. Anyone with an interest is encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, you may forward written or verbal comments and questions to one of the individuals listed below. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record and are being collected to assist MTO in meeting the requirements of the Environmental Assessment Act. They will be main­ tained on file for use during the study and may be included in the study documentation. If, after participating in the study, you have serious unresolved concerns, you have the right to request the Minister of the Environment (135 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M4V 1P5) to bump-up this project, thereby requiring an Individual Environmental Assessment.
