He was also a director on the board of the Ontario Temâ€" In 1880 Mr. Moyer was united in marriage to Miss Nellie Hippel, daughter of William Hippel, of Campden, Ont., who faithfully shared with him the joys and trials of his long pastoral life until her decease in 1929. For the last six months Mr. Moyer had made his home with Mr, and Mrs. Ernest Culp and their sons, Howard and Edward. A brother, ‘William H. After the inaugurâ€" ation of the United Church of Canada, Mr. Moyer served churchâ€" es at Hespler, Winona and Fruitâ€" land. During the time of his retireâ€" ment he served in the Fairfleld United Church, Hamilton, for two Mr, Moyer was born at Campden Ont., August 26, 1864. In the course of his educational career, he attended the high school at Beamsâ€" ville, St. Catharines Collegiate and the Normal school at Ottawa. He taught in grade schools for nine and a half years, first at the Pelâ€" ham Union school, and then the ‘Tintern school. In his preparation for the minâ€" istry he attended Victoria Univerâ€" sity in Toronto. In 1893 he was liâ€" censed to preach by the Canada Conference of the Evangelical Church. His active ministry began in 1894 when he was stationed at Selkirk, then Stratford, Pelham, South Cayuga and ‘Toronto. He was received as a member of the Hamilton Conference of the Methâ€" odist Church in 1904 and held charges at St. Davids, Lynden, Interment was made in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St. Catharines. Station. His passing was a shock to the community where he was well known and highly respected, it being the neighbourhood of his _ Rev. Isaac M. Moyer, for many years an active minister in the Evangelical and United Churches, passed away suddenly on Friday morning at the home of his daughâ€" ter, Mrs. Ernest Culp, Vineland resides in Toronto. The body was remoÂ¥ved to Toronto and the funâ€" eral was held on Monday afternoon with interment being made in Norâ€" Beamsville, said that death was ‘audbyahnfl.nuek. __A retired railway man, Mr. Dunâ€" ham was born at Stratford and was in his G66th year. He had operated a tourist camp on No. 8 highway, one mile west of Grimsâ€" by, for the last ten years, He is survived by his wife, who a heart attack a moment after he walked into the Village Inn. He had been fitted with an artiâ€" Mnhcdthlauulmndm apparently fully recovered. It had been his intention to reside for the balance of the winter at the Village several weeks, and where one of his legs was amputated due to an infection, Frank J.
