Palmer and resolved that the Reeve be authorized to get the points definitely settled along the foot of the mountain in order that the Township Clerk may understand the limits in making out our assessment toll. Palmer, and the mover be a committee to wait on the Council of the Township of Grimsby to arrange with said Council in all matters conâ€" cerning the surplus or anything that may come up for settlement ‘between the Corporation of the Village of Grimsby and that of the Township of Grimsby. Palmer, and resolved that under authority of Byâ€"law No. 101 of the Township Council of the Townâ€" ship of Grimsby the following officers be and are hereby appointed for the year 1876: J. P. Muir, Assessor; John Foster, Collector and Assessor of H.W.; A. J. McKay, John W. Duvall and T. J. FParâ€" rell, fence viewers; Edward E. Looseâ€" ley, Auditor. Carried.
