Milton residents ages 65 and older as well as those with limited abilities are encouraged to register for the program, which now boasts 25 adâ€" ditional spots. The windrow removal program sees crews remove the piles of snow left at the bottom of driveways after snowplows pass. The service is renâ€" dered when the total accumulation "| of snow on the roadway exceeds _"| 10 centimetres (approximately four inches) and after crews have finished e _« wz | plowing Milton roads. _ | Register in person Inâ€"person registration for the proâ€" gram is scheduled for Wednesday, January 25 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Town Hall (Engineering Services, 2nd Floor), 150 Mary St. The limited number of additional spots will be available to eligible residents on a firstâ€"come, firstâ€"serve basis. According to a town release, regisâ€" trants must provide identification with their address and age, and must sign a declaration that no ableâ€"bodâ€" ied person under the age of 65 is livâ€" ing at the residence. Individuals with disabilities need to provide a docâ€" tor‘s note. A proâ€"rated fee of $25 applies and is nonâ€"refundable.
