(2) a resignation in writâ€" ing signed by him and attested by a witness, and such resigna.tion shall be irrevocable.‘" Aiso:â€" "Whereas Sections 64 and 65 of, The Municipal Act indicate that only electors have the right to attend nomination meetings. Her maiden name was Viola Derosiers and she was 38 years of age. She was born in Ville Marile, Quebec, and was married in Hailleybury in July, 1938. She resided in Timmins for four years before coming to South Porcupine. She is survived by her nusband and . two children â€" Rita four years, and Diane seven months; her parents Mr. and Mrs. James Derosiers of Ville Marie; a sister Mrs. Roger Chartier of Timâ€" mins; and four brothers â€" Paul Derosâ€" iers (Canadifin Army Oversefs); Allan (Val D‘Or); and Mark and Edward (Montreal). ‘ Funeral services were held on Batâ€" urday â€" morning in St. Joachim‘s Church, 5.
