CORRIGAN The late Mrs. Beaudin, whose maiâ€" den name was Mary Cecilia Nigh, came to the Porcupine camp from Trout Creek, Ont., and for a time was on the staff of the post office at South Porâ€" cupine where she made many friends by her ability and courtesy. . Sevenâ€" teen years ago she was united in marâ€" riage with Peter J. Beaudin and came to live at Timmins remaining here until her death. In addition to the bereaved husband three children are left to mourn her loss:â€"Blake, 15 years old:; Doris, 13 years; and Winnifred, 11 years. There are also two sisters, Mrs. Martin Oshell, of Callender, Ont., and Mrs. Jack Ulrick, of Sweetwater, B. C., and three brothers, W. Nigh, of Deâ€" troit, J. Nigh, of Toronto and D. Nigh, of the aviation branch of the Forestry Dept. To these and to the other friends and relatives will be extended the sinâ€" cerest sympathy in their sad bereaveâ€" ment. The funeral took place on Monday to the Church of the Nativity, wherze and the Porcupine. She had been troubled a little recently with high blood pressure, but had not been ill until Thursday afternoon when she was suddenly stricken. Despite all that medical and nursing skill and care could do, Mrs. Beaudin failed to rally, and passed eway on FPriday morning without having regained consciousness. The sudden and unexpected death of Mrs. Peter J. Beaudin, 112 Cedar street north, on Friday morning last, Nov. 24th, came as a shock to wide circles of friends and acquaintances in Timmins Death on Friday of Mrs. P. J. On Priday of next week, however, Friday evening, December 8th, there will be a dance at the McIntyre hall where the lovers of dancing may enjoy the music of Al. Pierini and his Vagabond Kings.
