H. Sulliâ€" van acted as referee. The teams linâ€" ed up:â€"Timminsâ€"goal, Beaulieu; deâ€" fence, Arundel and Porter; rover, Mcâ€" Cabe: centre, Kincaid; forwards, De Salaberry and Lafliamme; spares, Groulx for McCabe, Knott for DeSalaâ€" berry, Campbell for Laflamme. Timâ€" mins were handicapped by their shortâ€" age of spares, two of their good men being unable to come. -Domeâ€"â€"goal.‘ Clark: defence, Smith and Massecar, rover, Murphy; centre, Cook; forwards, Lowry and Pollard; spares, Michaelson, H. McLean, W. McLean, Ostrowsky, Catarello, Richardson and Mitchell for Clark. For the greater part of the first ppriod play was very evenly divided. Massecar got as far as Porter but was well checked there. A Campbellâ€"toâ€" Kincaid play looked as if Timmins might count but Clark caught the ball on his chest. H. McLean was rushing strongly. He was checked well by Knott who pestered him all the way down the field but soon got away again and counted one for the Dome. Po!â€" lard in quick succession got two more. Cook‘s first goal in the second period was not counted as he was waiting on the goal crease. Michaelson, M. Mcâ€" Lean and Catarello combined well. McLean got the rebound for a fourth and Pollard intercepted a Timmins pass to throw in the fifth. Campbell went down the field like a flash, made a perâ€" fect pass to McCabe who drew Clark out, to make Timmins‘ first tally. This clever plece of work got a glad hand from all. Arundel, by a determined rush, scored the next for Timmins. Mitchell went into goal for Dome. Michaelson and Catarello went up toâ€" gether Michaelson carrying. "Mike" had his eye on Catarello. Beauliere }glanced that way too when "snap!" | and the ball was in the cage beside him. Richardson coolly tossed back Lowry‘s rebound, Murphy made sure of two counts more so the final score was 9â€"2 for Dome.
