Every motorist owes it to himself and to others to be sure that his brakes are in perfect condition. The { provincial law now emphazises the 'necessity for every motorist seeing that | the brakes of his car are sure and safe. IThere is no doubt that perfect brakes ,avmd many accidents. When brakes are needed they are usually very badly needed and it is in the emergency that the perfection of the brakes counts the most. Because of this it would seem that every motorist should be sure as to the condition of his brakes. For Timâ€" ‘mins and district the Berini Motor Sales, 13 Fourth avenue, is making this very easy. They offer inspection and testing of brakes free, so there would seem to be no,excuse for anyone now neglecting their brakes. The Berini Motor Sales Co. have the only hydrauâ€" {| f i‘ic brakeâ€"testing machine in the Porâ€" 3 cupine camp. By the Raysbestos Seven Point Brake Service plan the Berini | Motor Sales Co. assure absolute service |and satisfaction in assuring the perâ€" fect condition of zsutomobile brakes. ’ This item should be of special inâ€" terest and value to motorists in view of the fact that the danger of defective brakes has been brought to the attenâ€" tion of the town council by the provinâ€" clal authorities and there is likely to be repeated checkâ€"ups this season on the | matter of brakes, good brakes being reâ€" cognized as the best safeguard against many accidents on the streets. Mr.: and Mrs. B. E. Martin and family are on a holiday visit to R. Richardso@n. They came up by motor and found the roads in fairly good condition. They are oldâ€"time residents of Timmins and are being greeted by many old friends here. Mr. Martin who was formerly with the Northern Canada Power Co. here, is now at the head office in Toâ€" ronto of the Howey Gold Mines. 4 441 Rose Zarriski, English Grammar, Physiography, â€" Arithmetic.
