LARGE NUMBER OF OUTSIDE CARS NOW COMING IN HERE Schumacher Football Team Lost in Ontario Cup Series Schumacher, Ont Special to The Adv; Meintyre at Dom were defeated by During the past week or two, there have been quite a few motor cars from the South coming in to Timmins. Although the number of cars reach here is only a comparatively small proportion of those reaching Cobalt, Haileybury and New Liskeard, still the number coming here at present is very pleasing. It is easy to see that with a belt line of roads the number of tourists seeing the North Land would be very greatly increased and practically all would then come to Timmins. The rich new country that would be opened up to the south of here would also be of material value in the development of the North. As it is, however, there are many cars coming in to Timmins at present, many distant points being representâ€" ed by the tourists reaching here. With facilities for camping establishâ€" ed, it is probable that still more tourâ€" ists would visit here. The last week or two has been a remarkable imâ€" provement in the roads. This has been partly due to the weather, but also the amount of work and attenâ€" Gave Dome a Good Run for Their Money., However.
