The child was playing with some of her comâ€" panions by the roadâ€"side when the cyclist, evidently in trying to pass a ‘ar, struck the child and went on his way. It is not known whether he realized he had hurt her. . She does not know who it was but says she would know him if she saw him,. She has been under the care of Dr,.
