The debentures shall all bear the same date and shall be issued with in one year aftter the date on which this byâ€"law is passed and may bear any date within such year, and shall be payable in twenty annual instalments during the twenty years next after the time wh@n the same are issued and the respective amounts of prineipal and interest payable in each of said years shall be as set forth in Scehedule ** A"" hereto which is herebhy declared to be and form part of this Byâ€"law. 3. The debentures as to both prinâ€" ecipal and interest may be expressed in Canadian curreney and may ‘be payâ€" able at any place or places in Canada or Great Britain. ' 4. The Chairman of the said Board shall sign and issue the debentures and interest coumpons, and the same shall also be signed by the Necretaryâ€" Treasurer of the said Board, and the debentures shall <be sealed with the Corporate Seal of the said Board. 5.
