Montgo mas at his home in _Mr. Gordon Ross is spending the Christmas holidays at his home in Montreal. Mr. F. J. Wolno, Timmins Citizens‘ the holidays at his Miss Edith Haughland, who has been studying in Toronto, is home to spend the holidays with her father in Timmins. Mrs. Dr. Colin from Grand‘ Mere, Quebec, is spending a couple of weeks in Timmins as the guest of her sister, Mrs. B. Charon. The classes for miners and prospecâ€" tors conducted by Dr. Goodwin at Coâ€" balt concluded last week. The classes were well attended and proved of much interest and benefit. Similar classes are to be held in Timmins in the course of the next few months. Napoleon Manseau, whose home is on the Quebec side of Lake Temiskaâ€" ming, has been missing for several days and it is feared that he has gone through the ice and been drowned. He was engaged in cutting wood near the Keeley Mine in South Lorrain, and started for home on December 14th, going across the ice. Bince then no trace has been found of him.
