The Lake Shore Minc at Kirkland Lake continues to keep up its very creditable record in production, Acâ€" cording to the report issued last week the production for December totalled 1801 tons of an average value of a little over $25 in gold to the ton, the total production being $45,101.34 for the month. _The mill ran 95 per cent. of possible time during the month. The report also gives a summary of the month‘s work as follows:â€"Drift at the 200â€"foot level on No. 2 vein, from 194 to 281 feet, producings ore of milling grade the entire distance. On the 400â€"foot level the north dridt on the No. 2 vein east advanced from 405 to 429 feet. The south drift adâ€" vanced from 405‘ to 425.
