The fire was in the back part of the stable and is said to lhave been caused by live wires that have been lying in the hay for two years past, the conâ€" nections not being properly taken out when an electricallyâ€"driven machine was discarded and removed. _ The fire was very quickly put out, but Mr. Dalton is very ready with good words for the Fire Chief and the brigade. ‘*They got there in record time,"‘ ‘he says, ‘‘and they did the best kind of work.
