H.M. Rogers, counsel for William Munchuk, 46-year-old Ukrainian sentenced to hang May 31, announced Thursday he would enter an appeal at Osgoode Hall within the next few days. Munchuk was convicted of the murder of Mrs. Amy Seabright.
