Police say Costanza was known to police and believe this was a targeted shooting. Officers were called to the North Park Boulevard and Sawmill Road area at around 7 p.m. Sunday following reports of multiple gunshots. They arrived to find Costanza dead inside a vehicle. Police said no arrests have been made and no suspect information is being released at this time. According to the St. Catharines Standard, a man of the same name was the target of a kidnapping and murder plot that was foiled by police in 2012. That affair ended with six Niagara men facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder. At the time police said the conspiracy concerned "a money and drug dispute." The Halton Regional Police Service Homicide Unit is investigating this incident and detectives are interested in speaking with anyone who was in the area of North Park Boulevard and Sawmill Road on Dec. 3 between 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Police are also asking anyone in the area of North Park Boulevard and Sawmill Street who have CCTV cameras and may have information to provide to investigators, to contact the Homicide Tip Line at 905-825-4776. see Quiet on p.5 Call the Snow Bros today to book your seasonal S n o w o v a l R e m C a ll fo r a q u o te ...
