At 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 12th and Saturday, Nov. 13th these 17 m usicians, along with the vocals o f John McNab and The Moonbeams, will perform hits from Glenn M iller's civilian orchestra and his Air Corps band. As his interest began to fade in the classi cal scene, his father introduced him to the music of Duke Ellington, Teddy Wilson and Oscar Peterson. Sherwood immediately began transcribing form the recordings and before long had developed a reper toire of jazz standards.
