Harry Tyler, :2 carpenter employed at Matthew’s planing mill, and Alex. Watson, porter at the Queen’s, live opposite each other on Church street. Tvler accused Watson of ill-treating dogs owned by the former and a fight started. It is said Tyler was getting the better of the argument when Watson went behind the bar and got a club and dealt Tyler a bad blow on a the head making a bad gash. Tyler itried to ward ofi the blow with his 1 arm and it was also hurt. The xnat- ter was to have been ventilated in court, but before it reached that stsge it was settled by Watson pay- ing Tyler 820. Several fights have occurred at this hotel recently and it might be well for the license inspect- or or commissioners to see who is re- sponsible for the disturbsnces.â€"Or- sngeville Bun. .. and Britten Osler for defend- APPEAL DISMISSED Sick Headache Cured You Can’t Make a Mistake in Buying Your Clothing me Us \Vhich 111111111 111111 1"”) 11 S1“) shu11111i1111.‘ (>111 Mything‘ is made 111 “111‘. 111111 111111118 M111 can {11111111 111 1111 g11111i 110111. and 3.1111 011.11 1111111111111:11 getting 8111.81116111111 in iii 11111i 1101112 The point whivh wii‘ interest most [311.111-1111 15111141111111.
