The nine-year-old Oakville student artist was recently honoured for her poster entry in the Gypsum Association's the award of 2nd place. She also plans to submit another entry in next year's con test. Her interest in art began a few years ago and since then she has taken three cartooning courses from the Oakville Art Society.
