Construction values reached a record high total of $465,272,958 for the third quarter of this year. As of Sept. 30th, these figures sur passed last year's nine-month construction value total of $355,760,539. As far as new housing market (including apartment units) is concerned, the current construction value of $264,933,019 has already exceeded the 1998 year-end total of $192,071,938.
