The program is aimed at youths aged 12 to 19 years and focuses on leadership, citizenship and physical htness. O Meetings on Tuesdays W e meet every Tuesday evening at the Operating Engineers Banquet Hall and Conference Centre, 224 5 Speers Rd., in Oakville. Our meetings run from 6 :45-9:15 p.m. The program is free and encourages youths to aim for greater personal success. It is a true gem in youth organizations and a little known secret. Ontario. The top 50 sea cadet sailors from across the country compete in the National Regatta. Each team consists of a skipper and crew who competed in local and provincial/m ulti-provincial regattas to win a berth in the National Regatta Congratulations to all W e congratulate not only Kyle and his accomplishment but congratulate every cadet involved in the unit, they're truly a great bunch of young people doing incredible things.
