Chaput, Philias (Died)

CHAPUT, Philias - Passed away peacefully at the VON Sakura House surrounded by the love of his family on Wednesday, April 5th, 2017. Philias Richard Chaput of Woodstock was in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Margaret Chaput (nee Salter). Cherished father of Donna (Jason) Said and Lara Larmour. Loved grandfather of Jeremiah Said, Ashton Said, Joseph Larmour, Jacob Larmour and Claire Catlack. Dear brother of Jeannette (Dalven) Seely, Robert (Yvonne) Chaput, Bernadette Wlad, Lucien (Judy) Chaput; and brother-in-law of Herb Salter, Kathleen Morris and John Salter. Philias will also be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME , 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Tuesday, April 11th, 2017 from 10:00-11:45 am. The complete funeral liturgy will be held in the chapel at 12:00 pm with Father Rick Dales as celebrant. Cremation to follow.
