Oakville Mayor Rob Burton announced recently that the Town has launched an up dated format for oakville.ca, which automati cally adjusts to the screen size of any smart phone or tablet. This eliminates the need for users to pinch or expand screens to access content or interact with the site. "We're always looking for ways to enhance our online tools to help the public access in formation and services as quickly and easily as possible," said Burton. "With a mobilefriendly design, the website is an even more useful resource for our community." Burton said this update is the first phase of a broader initiative to improve the Town' s online presence. A review of oakville.ca is scheduled to take place this fall with a goal to identify addi tional enhancements and improve the online experience for visitors. The Town is encouraging residents to com plete a short questionnaire during their next visit to oakville.ca to share what they like, don't like, and ideas for further site improve ments.
