By all appearances, it is a typical campsite. Until you take a closer look. It' s then you realize the largest tent is empty. You spot a small, but open garbage bag containing clothes atop a camp chair. An air mattress lies in the middle of the campsite, a wheelchair is parked by a tree. There is no car or visible means of transportation around, but a pair of crutches lays on the ground beside a man, who is sitting at the picnic table. That man is 35-year-old Kenora native, Paul Vallillee-- and he has put a face, voice and backstory to homelessness in Oakville and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
