Jake, w ho attended Oakville Trafalgar High School, is very social and w ell known in the community. And though her 21-year-old son is independent, h e' s not able to care for him self, adds Hardy. W hat' s needed is long-term opportunities and support. Tickets for the Sink One for Jake golf tournament are $275 per person and include: 18 holes of cham pionship golf, w ith a cart; an amazing lunch and dinner, cocktail hour; silent auction; and, prizes. Registration starts at 11 a.m., with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Lunch is served at 11 a.m., dinner at 6 p.m. The awards presentation starts at 8:30 p.m. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
