McLEAN, J. Ross - Passed away with his loving family at his side at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday February 24, 2017 in his 86th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marilyn (August 2016) of almost 65 years. Lovingly remembered by his daughters and his sons-in-law; Pat (Tom) Baird, Judy (Ted Crandall) MacDonald, Barb (Carl) Weaver and Rosslyn (Todd) Poetter. Ross was the much loved Poppy to Jenny (Brian) Wieringa, Stephanie (Shane) Moyes, Janice (Carl) Bloomfield, Matthew (Marie) Colwell, Lee (Nicole) Poetter and Warren Colwell. Great Grandfather of Brendan, Nicholas, Meghan, Ashton, Kayla, Andrew, Katey, Emily, Natalia, Mila, Felix and Natalie. Also survived by his brother Doug (Linda) McLean and sisters-in-law Mary Schell, Dorothy (Carl) Moore and Mary K. Schell. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Rita (nee McCallum) McLean. Friends are welcome to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday February 27, 2017 from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9 pm, where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 1:00 pm.
