Oakville is com ing off a 15-5 season that saw it hnish hrst in the South East division, one point ahead of Halton Hills. The Buzz w ent on to w in playoff rounds against Gloucester and Akwesasne before losing to the Green Gaels in the hfth and deciding game of the East Conference hnal. The Buzz w ill play Halton Hills at 7:30 p.m. at Joshua' s Creek Are nas. Adm ission is $8 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, w ith chil dren under 12 entering free. Witmeyer, 21, w ho will graduate next month, was one o f more than 100 w om en who tried out for the team. The Holy Trinity Secondary School grad hasn't decided w heth er to continue com peting in the sport next season. Lacrosse Mancini and Tyler W oodman each had a goal and three assists while Brandon Slade, Matt Pelkey and Chris Lopes also scored for the Titans. Gage Board, Rob Roger and Anthony Smitheram each had two assists. Netminder Craig W ende al low ed just two goals to earn the win, w hile chipping in offensively as w ell w ith three assists.
