Offering a `hands-on healing' approach, Bajoras aids people in healing past hurts and freeing themselves of emotional baggage. "There is no way to move forward with our lives if we are weighted down with issues from our past," explains Bajoras. "I want to help people obtain a clearer understanding of themselves as a person." The main theme behind Dolphin Song Enterprises is "co-creating lives of joy and balance". Bajoras' background in athletic therapy brings her experi ence with cranial sacral therapy, which drove her to learn (and now offer) process accupressure, and Reki. In response to clients' requests, she also offers meditation classes as well as transformational workshops. Traveling her own spiritual path led Bajoras to realize that people sometimes need help in dealing with new beginnings in life. Whether a crisis has occured, or a new career, a new relationship, or a new divorce, coaching is a powerful process of support, acknowledging and setting intentions for one' s life that are fulfilling and purposeful. Again in response to client demand, Bajoras started a new subsidiary company to Dolphin Song, called New Beginnings Coaching. Formerly trained as a coach, Bajoras is a member of the International Coaches Federation, and brings her personal experiences and insight to her clients. "A coach does not give orders or tell you what to do," says Bajoras, "a coach honours the client as creative, resourceful and whole. We will help you discover who you want to `Be', and what your purpose is." This process begins with a two hour intake session, creating an alliance with the coach. The client must commit to a minimum of three months, as it takes time to make progress and see results. Contact is maintained with the coach through half-hour phone calls once a week, or a visit in person if the client so wishes. New Beginnings helps people move successfully into the future, with a clear concept of who they want to be and how they want to get there. As a highlight to the two companies, Bajoras is planning cwo trips for 2001 to Hawaii. The first trip will have the theme of `Rebirth' for women, and is planned for March, while the second trip is open to men and women and will be a week of swimming with wild dolphins. After a person al trip four years ago to Hawaii and an up-lifting, spiritual experience with wild dolphins, Bajoras was compelled to share their power of healing with others.
