He was a sweet husband to Jan for 41 years, the kindest father to Sam, Adi and husband Jeff Hunt, adoring Grandpa to Hudson and Emmy and brother of the late Vivienne (Al), Peter and Ellen Lewis, and Lorraine (Ted). Some of his best friends are brothers-in-law Bob (Jane), Jim (Catherine) and sisters-in-law Heather (Bill), Barb (John) and Jill (Dean). A favourite uncle to so many nephews and nieces, that the number of messages and letters have been overwhelming and we read every one to him. Paul loved his Uncle Buster, Aunt Billie, Aunt Eun and "H". Revealing a secret, he was the favourite of them all. Forever fan of the Leafs, Superfan of the Stones, but more than anything he loved his family, and was heart broken to leave us. Patriarch of the Cottage, will be missed desperately by the cottage opening team at Sauble this spring. Paul will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We thank Dr. Phyllis McCord and Dr. Wael Hanna for helping Paul stay with us a bit longer. Friends will be received at the Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Rd. W., Oakville on Wednesday, March 1st from 6-8 p.m. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 2nd at 1 p.m. in the Oakview Chapel with a reception to follow.
