The demolition of the legacy OTMH building is expected to take place over 12 months and the Town wants to get the word out on associated safety issues. On Wednesday, March 1, the Town will present its comprehensive demolition strat egy at an open house. It will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Rd. Residents can learn about the strategy's overall performance guidelines, types of demolition activities that will take place, how specific constraints for the site will be addressed and mitigation measures to mini mize the of dust, noise and traffic.
