Evan Ungar released the 153-page book on Tuesday, Feb. 21, only on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com . The book is how to achieve your goals, says Ungar, who explains that he has been mentored by a lot of incredible people -- wealthy and successful people. Ungar, who m anages a team of 27 people at One Health Clubs, says he's taken what he's learned through his own successes and what he's learned and broken it down into 10 simple chapters. Last year, Ungar broke the world record for a vertical box ju m p at the One Health Clubs facility in Oakville. He broke the current record of 59.8 inches (set by Ju stin Bephel in South Carolina in 2012) with a ju m p of 61.5 inches. Unger, 25, says he wanted to write a book that w ould empower people. "I believe our generation is more powerful than any previous genera tion." He adds that this book will help ev eryone understand the decisions that need to be m ade in order to reach any size goal, whether it's becom ing an en trepreneur or setting personal goals.
