The eight-day proceeding dealt with the Town's interim control bylaw (ICB), origi nally enacted Feb. 1, 2016 for one year and then extended in November until Jan. 31, 2018, of the Glen Abbey golf course prop erty on Dorval Drive. The bylaw temporarily blocks develop ment of the lands. ClubLink, property owners, appealed the enactment and extension of the ICB to the OMB, which held the hearing at Town Hall. Presiding over the hearing was Bruce Krushelnicki, executive chair of the En vironmental & Land Tribunals Ontario (ELTO).
