The new flex office development is located near Burloak Drive and Great Lakes Boulevard, just south of the QEW Phase 1 will feature two flex office buildings, totalling more than 71,000 square foot, and one industrial/flex office building exceeding 100,000 square foot. Phase 2, yet to be finalized, can accommodate approximately 500,000 square foot, combining flex office and service retail.
