FAULKNER, John Douglas - Passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Doug Faulkner of Tavistock in his 48th year. Doug is survived by his mother Mary Faulkner of Tavistock, by his sister Beth Faulkner and Brent Douglas of Woodstock, by his niece Megan Faulkner and Robert Marshall and their son Cohen all of London, by his aunts Kathy Mutch and Jean McCartney and by his cousin Erin Mutch. Predeceased by his father Willard Faulkner and by his grandparents John & Flora McCartney. A private family service was conducted at the GLENDINNING FUNERAL HOME 40 William St. Plattsville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the Ratho Cemetery would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be sent at www.gffh.ca
