Mrs. Frank Cowell passed away at her home in Toronto on Tuesday, February 6th. The former Annie Hill, she was born in Grimsby and lived here many years after her marriage. Left to mourn her loss is her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Geo. Bissett of Toronto. Also two sisters, Mrs. Ed. Cowell of Grimsby and Mrs. Florence Johnson of Toronto.
