$r- tjbcb Register for Bible School Bug Safari Orono United Church hosts a Vacation Bible School during during the second week of July for the Orono Kirby Charge and community. It will run Mon. Jul. 15 to Fri. Jul. 19 from 9am - noon. It is important important that parents pre-register their children for this event. Children who were in Junior Kindergarten last year and older are welcome to attend. Everyone is welcome whether they are a member of a church in the community or not! . The cost is $10 per child or $25 per family with three or more children. The fee covers all costs including a daily snack, craft, Bible Memory Bug, and a Safari Bible Book to keep. All the crews gather at the Sing and Play Buzz to do fun motions to upbeat Bible songs that introduce kids to the concepts they'll be learning that day. Then kids travel to different exploration stations. They meet Chadder Chipmonk on video (and use their bug Safari Bible Books and collect collect cool Bible Bugs, too!), hop around at the Bug Blast Games, sample tasty Picnic Place snacks, take part in the excitement and drama of Bible Exploration, and visit Doodlebug Crafts and Missions to make creations that kids will go buggy for! The last station is where crews gather to participate in Firefly Finale. Children must be pre-regis- tered. There are only 100 openings.
